Q: I chose USPS First Class Mail (Both Domestic and International) and cannot track my package. Is there a tracking number?

A: Sorry to say there is no tracking with 1st Class Mail, which is the method of shipping you selected at checkout from our web store. Most people chose 1st class mail because it so cheap, but you do not get tracking and you do not get insurance. The number you confused as a tracking number is a only a receipt number confirming the USPS received the mail item. In further explanation - 1st class mail is the exact same delivery method used when you send a letter snail mailed to anyone anywhere, and as we all know - you can not track those letters.

In the future, we suggest you select Priority Mail or Express Mail if shipment tracking and quicker delivery is important to you. 1st class mail does not move that quickly as you are seeing. There is nothing we can do on our end to find out where this package is. The good news is that these snail mailed shipments do eventually make it to the intended destination the vast majority of the time.
 
Q: Will you devalue the contents in my order for an international order?
 
A: Due to domestic and international regulations, we cannot falsify the value of any package that we ship internationally.
